Today I have the last polish of the Mod Lacquer Southwest Spring Collection Cielo Azul. You can see the other polishes here , here and here.
Cielo Azul is described as
Cielo Azul is a pale sheer blue jelly base with a variety of different colors and sizes of glitter.
All of the polishes from this collection are absolutely beautiful. The application of this polish is smooth and opaque with 3 coats. I will definitely be purchasing more Mod Lacquer's polishes from the Etsy Shop. This collection has me completely sold.
Polishes Used: Base coat = OPI Nail Envy (2 coats), Polish = Mod Lacquer Cielo Azul (3 coats), Base coat = Orly Sec N Dry (1 coat), Rush 60 Second High Speed Top Coat (2 coats)
